- [Instructor] We said the two biggest questions in analysis are, how did my users get here, and what did they do once they're here? Now, we already addressed how they got here. And what did they do can be broken down into two questions. How did they engage with our content and whether or not they converted. And the first, how they engaged, we're going to handle here in this video looking at the aptly named Engagement section. So again, we come here under Reports and we see a section Engagement. We have the usual dashboard overview. It's going to give us a high level look at what's happening. You've got the average engagement time, engage sessions per user, average engagement time per session, the number of views, and the overall event count which I find the overall event count to be super useful except maybe billing in the paid version.
