- [Instructor] As we said in the prior video, when we only look at our visitors in one aggregate blob as if they all behave exactly the same and have the same motivations and outcomes, we're really missing out on the real power of analytics. So once you do your analysis and you find your key segments that you'd like to refer back to and perhaps engage with directly through advertising or other personalized engagement, then you want to create what we call an audience. This is kind of similar to the old advanced segments in the previous version of Google Analytics. We can head down here under Configure to Audiences. This does require that you have edit access to this particular property. And we've got already here, all users, people who've made a purchase, but what we want to do is create a new audience.
