- Whether you want to create high-performing culture at work or if you want to enhance your own performance, feedback is the critical step in achieving this. Ask others for feedback often, gather as many perspectives as you can, and create your own continuous improvement process, both in your personal and professional life. Share your feedback with others and build strong collaborative relationships. Keep it informal and personable, and turn your feedback into an opening for a discussion.
