Making changes with feedback

- So you receive feedback and you want to make changes. Congratulations, you are in a good place. Now, there are several things you'll need to do to get the most out of the feedback. First, you want to decide what you'll take from the feedback. Have you learned something that you need to be aware of? Can you create specific ways that you can make changes and track progress? Sometimes feedback will give us a view of how we communicate or behave in general. Other times it'll be really specific. Either way, we can learn something from it. To start this process, you want to get really clear on what the feedback means to you, such as I need to listen more in tense situations rather than forcing my point, or I need to change my approach to communicating with a specific person if I want to get to the place where they're a supportive stakeholder.
