- [Instructor] Different areas of the world are going to have different policies on how you have to make your learning accessible and it's up to you to make sure that you understand the policies or the laws in your area. Now, there is a set of international guidelines, however, that many people refer to. First of all, the World Wide Web Consortium or W3C is one of the most respected voices on international standards for the internet. Here's their website @w3.org. The W3C created a set of guidelines and recommendations for making online content more accessible for everyone. They're known as the web content accessibility guidelines or WCAG.
