- The easiest way to use Tor is by installing the Tor browser on your system. The Tor browser is a modified version of Mozilla Firefox that's designed to create Tor circuits and route traffic through them. The Tor browser is available for all major operating systems and can be downloaded from the Tor project website. Let's go ahead and download the Windows version of the Tor browser. When the download completes, I can launch this file and begin the Tor installation process. I can select my language and a destination for the Tor browser, and then the installation begins. When the installation process completes, the Tor browser opens on my system. At this point, Tor is installed and ready to go. In the next video, we'll launch the browser.
