- [Instructor] In this movie, we want to talk about 2 some of Excel's Alignment tools, 3 and specifically, the Indent button. 4 On the Home tab in the ribbon, 5 here are the Alignment buttons that we see here. 6 And we've got two buttons here for indenting. 7 Many people are familiar with aligning data 8 on the left, center, right. 9 We use that, typically. 10 The Indent buttons, less so. 11 But nevertheless, in a situation like this 12 where we've got a lot of textual data over in column A, 13 just for readability purposes, 14 and just the idea that if we want this data 15 to be offset a bit, let's highlight it. 16 Bump it to the right. Increase indent. 17 Hit a few times if we wish or go back a few. 18 Do it as often as we want. 19 And for the data up above, same general idea. 20 Maybe we want these to be indented. 21 Do that, 22 maybe twice, maybe this one over once. 23 Again, it's just a question of what…
