Use TOCOL and TOROW to realign array data into single columns and rows

- [Instructor] Among the many functions 2 introduced in Excel 2022 are two related functions. 3 One called TOCOL. 4 You see its description on the screen here, 5 and another one called TOROW. 6 Although both of these functions are designed 7 to manipulate text in a certain way, 8 you won't find them if you're looking 9 for them on the formulas tab up in the ribbon, 10 under that category called Text. 11 But in the category, "Look Up and Reference." 12 And there they are down here. 13 TOCOL and TOROW. 14 Now, you might be familiar with a function called transpose. 15 If I simply wanted to take, for example, the data from 2010, 16 the data I'm highlighting here 17 and display this in a row, 18 I could use a function called transpose. 19 Or if I simply wanted to take the entire list here 20 and flip it so that the years were down a column, 21 I could use transpose. 22 But what we really want to do here is 23 to…
