- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we're seeing some symbols 2 over in columns A and B. 3 And also, over in the other columns to the right, 4 you'll see the degree symbol, a telephone symbol, 5 and also, as single characters, the fractions 1/4, 1/2, 3/4. 6 We get to these features in different ways. 7 The information over in columns A and B happen automatically 8 if you type any entry followed by TM. 9 Now, actually you could use it by itself 10 but if I've got a product here, maybe it's called Copie, 11 and it's got a trademark, I'll type left parenthesis, TM, 12 right parenthesis, space or enter or any character. 13 And there we go. It becomes the trademark symbol. 14 Typically wouldn't use these by themselves 15 but if I simply type left parenthesis, R, 16 right parenthesis, enter, there's the registered symbol. 17 And the same thing with a copyright symbol too.
