I need to give you this quick warning about unpivoting data. We've got these agents and scores that they earned on three different courses. We see Charlotte and Conrad are completed. Angel scored a 90 on Course 3. Kyrsten hasn't taken any of the courses yet. Rebecca has Course 3 still to complete. But now we'd like to unpivot it so that we can sort, filter, do any type of analysis. The cursor is in the data set. Right-click, GetData from Table/Range. The agent column is highlighted. Right-click, unpivot other columns. Wow. Okay. Beautiful. We could change this to courses, change this to scores. But let's look. Kyrsten is gone. Let's sort so we can see better. Sort here. We've got one Angel for Course 3 Two Floras, two Rebeccas because after we unpivoted, anything that was null is gone. Now, you have to determine, does that matter for what you're trying to do?
