In native Excel, we have some very robust features for filtering and sorting. Here in this dataset, we have teams, the players by first and last name, and the year of participation. If we want to filter, we have these filter buttons. And there are the names and various text filters with begins with, does not contain, et cetera. If we want to sort this data, we have sort ascending, sort descending, and we have this where we can sort by different levels. Say we want to sort by last name and then first name, we can do that. Want to cancel out of this because this is a Power Query course. Get rid of these filter buttons. Let's go into Power Query and talk about sorting and filtering. Right-click, GetData from Table/Range, table does have headers. Now, we've brought in our data. Now, here's our data, and we can look at this button. Click it.
