And as the name suggests, electromagnetic force includes both electricity and magnetism. And there's an important relationship between electricity and magnetism, because they're really just two different instances of the same electromagnetic phenomenon. When electrical current flows through a wire, it creates a magnetic field around the wire. Now we can't see or feel that magnetic field, but it surrounds the wire in a circular pattern and can interact with other nearby objects.
