Communicating with project stakeholders

- [Instructor] Once your wrap up your storyboards, you'll then have to communicate your course ideas and vision to the project team and gather some feedback. So here are some tips when communicating with stakeholders for your e-learning projects. To start, clearly define the purpose of the meeting. Is it to validate your designs or project direction? And if so, define what specific parts of the course or process you want to validate. Or is it discovery? As in, you're in the project but you're a bit lost and you need to realign your ideas against the project goals. Or is it to facilitate collaboration? So if so, a project walk through might be appropriate here where you can highlight specific sections of the course and facilitate a brainstorming session. Coming to any stakeholder meeting with half-baked ideas is just not acceptable. Be prepared to tell a convincing story. You should be able to clearly and concisely tell your course's narrative.
