- In this course, I'll pull in discussions about technology and construction, planning and scheduling, and different productivity methods like lean construction. If you're new to the industry, you might benefit from jumping over and watching some of my other courses on these topics first. Just search for construction management and you'll find a list of courses on these topics. If you spend a little time in the industry, many of these topics will already be familiar to you, and you probably face many of the challenges that I'll discuss here every day in the field. However, before we get started, I always find it important to define the term construction productivity.
