The importance of cultural communication and inclusion
- Cultural differences are everywhere, and I'm here to help you become a more effective communicator, whether you're connecting with a client across the globe, or your teammate in the office. In this course, you will learn how to navigate language and cultural differences. You'll learn how to adapt to new situations, and get examples of pitfalls you want to avoid so you don't offend anyone. My name is Tatiana Kolovou. I'm a faculty member at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where I teach the art of communicating, and adapting to new environments, or what I describe as becoming a cultural chameleon. So join me in this learning journey across the globe, and become an inclusive communicator, aware of cultural differences.
