Let's be honest here, some people are just not that coachable. In this video, I'm going to help you understand how to measure the return on your coaching investment. Let me share a personal experience. Early in my career as a sales manager, I inherited a rep who was performing poorly. At first, I assumed he hadn't been trained. So we went back to basics and worked through every aspect of the job, and he showed improvement.
