Now, that's a lot for one person to master, but that's exactly why you're here. Business analysis is absolutely critical in today's organizations. These skills business analysts need to be successful can be developed in a lot of various roles, and taken to another level as a BA. Great BA's with advanced competencies provide tremendous value to projects, teams and the organization. And there is all always room to grow more, whether you hold the BA title or not. Hi, I'm Angela Wick, and welcome to this course which focuses on the competencies, and skills needed for powerful business analysis. I've been consulting and training in business analysis, and requirements practices for many years and have contributed to the global industry standards in requirements and business analysis. This course guides BA's through the competencies needed to bring better requirements and outcomes to projects, products, and your organization. In the course, I introduce Brady the BA. Brady is working on developing, and improving BA competencies and provide some great examples for us to follow. You'll learn from Brady and myself about several BA competencies, like co-creating, change management, facilitation and systems thinking.
