- [Instructor] Let's begin by exploring how particles can make our scene more interesting. When we last talked, we had animated our fish and had him moving around. Now I want you to switch to layout again. And let's go ahead and turn off the armature view for now. We want to stay in object mode. And for safekeeping, we want to turn off auto-keyframe, as we're going to be moving stuff a lot and we don't need it animated. Now to enable particles, you need to have an emitter, that's a thing where the particles will originate from. It also helps to keep things organized and have your particles and effects in its own collection. So let's come up here and drag this over and click on collection, double click here and call it effects. Now that we're inside this effects collection, go ahead and add a plane. If for some reason that plane doesn't get added to the collection for example maybe it's here, you can just left click and…
