Caching is an important part of your effects and physics workflow. We've touched on it a little bit throughout this chapter but in this video, I want to talk about some of the most important settings that may affect your workflow. Now I just went ahead and created a default scene and for good measure let's go ahead and delete the camera in the light. All right, now, click on your cube and go to edit menu search and type in quick smoke. If you really want to you can even come down here and enable smoke and fire. It might take a few seconds to boot up, but there you go. Now you got yourself some fire. Let's get some real estate by dragging these over. Remember, you just have to move your mouse till you see the little arrows pop up. It can be finicky at first.
