- [Instructor] Welcome to another tip and trick for AutoCAD. In this particular tip and trick, we're going to take a little look at some of the tools available that allow you to modify your drawings. So we're going to take a look at Stretch, and I'm going to show you a really interesting way of using the Stretch command. And we're going to take a look at Scale and how we can scale objects based on a reference point rather than a scale factor. So, we're going to look at those two features. To do that, we need a drawing. We've got a drawing called "357 Drafting-Stretch & Scale.dwg." You know the drill, download it from the library, open it up in AutoCAD, and make sure you are in the Model tab. I'm not too worried about what layer you're on in the Model tab because we're only going to be stretching and scaling.
