- We're moving into another tip and trick for AutoCAD today. And I want to talk about tool palettes, but not just tool palettes, where you're working with things like blocks, as you can see in this particular drawing, but also the fact that you can create a tool palette that has all your regularly used commands on it as well. So we've got a new drawing for you because ideally, you want a drawing open when you perform this kind of exercise. It's 278toolpalettescommandpalette.DWG. As usual, you know the drill by now, download it from the library to follow along with this particular AutoCAD tip and trick. Now what we're going to do, we're going to go to the view tab on the ribbon, and we're going to go over to palettes and just click on tool palettes.
