- [Instructor] When adding audio files with more than one channel to your multi-track session, you have the option to add all of those channels to a single track, or each channel to its own track. In this example, I have an interview here that was recorded with two separate mics, so one mic per audio channel. But I only want to edit with one of those microphones. Now, if I drag that file into my session, you can see it's brought both channels into that single track. And if I play this back while looking at my meters. - [Playback] Now there's a little over 37,000 not-for-profit organizations dedicated to mil. - [Instructor] You can see it's interpreted those channels as a stereo mix. So how can I change this in Audition? Well, first I'm going to delete that clip that I've added to my session, and I'm going to go over to my files panel, where I can view the individual channels for this file by clicking the arrow to the left of its name.
