You'll do a 180 pretty quickly, or you might be on the hunt for a new pair of sneakers, but the website looks like it's from the 1990s and when you contact the call center, you're on hold for 40 minutes until you lose patients and hang up. In the marketing world, when it comes to convincing a skeptical consumer, it requires consistency. It's the whole experience with the brand that determines how you feel about it.
