- [Instructor] When you want to edit the contents of a midi clip you'll need to work in clip view and the midi note editor, whether you're working in session or arrangement view. I've got exercise one from chapter five open, if you want to follow along. And the quickest way that we can show a clip in clip view would be to double-click it. And that's whether we're working in session, as we are now, or in arrangement view. So I'm going to go on the piano track and just double click this first clip at the top. Now, from looking at this, we can see that we're on an audio clip, but since we've already got clip view displayed, we can go over to the track to the left here, the marimba clip, and just click that once. And that allows us to display that clip. Now, the clip view is kind of divided into two areas. On the left, we have kind of the properties of the clip.
