- [Instructor] I often find that editing midi velocities makes a big difference when fine tuning a midi sequence. So let's take a look at how to adjust velocities and check out the new randomized and chance features in live 11. So I've got exercise six from chapter five open, and we've just got one track here in the session and I've got a single clip so let's go ahead and select that clip so we see it down here in clip view. Now with the notes tab selected over here on the right, we'll see that we have the midi note editor and on the bottom we have the midi velocity editor. Now, if you're not seeing the velocity editor, you're going to want to click the triangle that's in the lower left-hand corner of that area. Now there's also two other show hide buttons here, one for the velocity lane and there's a second one for the chance lane and we'll talk about that in a second so let me go ahead and close that and get it out of…
