- Once you've added automation, you'll often find that you need to make changes. Let's take a look at how you can edit automation in live. So I've got exercise two from chapter 12 open, and I've got some automation on this clip that we see here in arrangement view. So there are several ways to adjust automation. First of all, we can always click any one of the break points or nodes and click and drag that up or down or right or left to change this location. If you find that you need to move that by fine increment, you can always add shift as you move that. And now you can see that we're going in much, much smaller increments. If you need to delete a break point, there's several ways to do that. We can just click a break point once to get rid of it. If you want to get rid of several break points, you can click select a break point and you can drag right or left to wipe that automation. And you can see that as I bring it…
