Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Vice President of Operations :
Traveling to and supporting sites old and new, occasional travel to other states
Leading transitions of new sites
Launching new corporate initiatives at sites
Directly participating in recruiting, retention, hiring, and onboarding activities to ensure sites are staffed up
Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs
Responsible for ensuring that sites stay trained on the latest NaphCare processes and procedures
Review budgets and labor hours and make sure sites stay contractually compliant
Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards
Qualifications
Qualifications for Vice President of Operations :
Must have a clinical license in either nursing or mental health in Washington
Must be willing to travel to and provide support and oversight to all assigned facilities
The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree is highly recommended.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience is required
Occasionally working clinical shifts to maintain skills and relevance with the team.
Valid CPR card required
