Position Overview:

Talent Acquisition Manager encompasses several key responsibilities that are essential to effectively sourcing, attracting and hiring top talents for an organization. Main responsibility of the incumbent is to set strategic recruitment plan, sourcing candidates using various job channels. He/she is responsible for candidate assessment, selection, interviewing and leading talents through full-cycle recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards and other relevant partners. This role requires incumbent to be people-oriented, have excellent communication skills, understand the staffing needs throughout the teams and have experience in people management.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Set strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Screening candidates and conducting interviews (in-person, phone or video)
  • Offering negotiation and onboarding
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other relevant partners
  • Enhancing the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice through marketing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and a positive candidate experience
  • Utilizing data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, anticipating skill gaps and proactively sourcing talent
  • Work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives


Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR-related field.
  • Strong experience of people management and working in international environment.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding for Oil & Gas or Offshore industry.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR related role and proven record of successful record of building a team and people management.
  • Experience dealing directly with stakeholders related in the recruitment process.
