Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Human Resources Director
Job Summary
You will lead our efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will be
responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans, managing the recruitment process from
start to finish, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for finding the best people, optimizing the hiring process, and enhancing employer branding.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's
growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high levels of performance.
Manage the full recruiting cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer
negotiation.
Work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs and ensure clear criteria for job
requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and
professional associations to source the best candidates.
Drive employer branding initiatives, including managing career sites, attending job fairs, and
leveraging social media platforms.
Implement and utilize HR technology tools to streamline the recruitment process to improve
efficiency and candidate experience.
Oversee the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Regularly report on key recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
Stay abreast of trends, innovations, and legal developments in recruitment and employment
practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the
organization.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in the use of HRIS and ATS software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of employment law and recruitment and selection best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
