Lead Visual Design & Storytelling for Logitech Enterprise

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content for product rendering & animation, interior visualization, and 3D illustration and animation.
  • Manage 3D workflows, models, CAD prep, file sharing, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the design/creative team to develop and produce 3D assets and libraries.

Technical Skills & Knowledge


Core Making Skills:

  • CG Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of materials, texturing, animation, simulation, polygon modeling, UV mapping, and basic rigging.
  • Post-Production: Retouching skills to align renders to be on brand and fix any errors. Editing skills to piece together sequences, add effects and titles to produce video content
  • Design Mockups - comping into layouts.
  • File understanding - how to convert files, remodel, unwrap, manage file sizes


Visual Execution:

  • Photorealism: Ability to achieve a high level of realism, matching products closely to their real-life counterparts. Great observation skills, eye for details, able to self direct against reference.
  • Lighting & Composition: Technical knowledge of lighting for product shots and creating mood lighting for interiors. Ability to control light to highlight the product as the focal point, avoiding reliance on basic prefab techniques.
  • Understanding in what's needed to make a product shot on transparent backgrounds, how to build photorealistic interior scenes, how to technically illustrate concepts


Workflow Management:

  • Software Problem Solving: Understand software and resolve technical issues such as memory handling, file sizes, and software crashes.
  • Production Workflows: Experience in setting up takes and variations for different versions of images efficiently.
  • Quality Management: Capable of delivering high-quality output for critical assets while efficiently producing lower-priority assets at a faster pace.

Tools

  • Cinema 4D & Octane/Redshift, 
  • Adobe After Effects, Photoshop.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma / Premier Pro / DaVinci Resolve / X Particles.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 3D production and workflows.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
