We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our People Team, initially for 2 years fixed term (with potential for the role to become permanent). Working alongside the People Team you will need flexibility, tenacity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No two days will be the same in this role! We are a high impacting and innovative Health and Wellbeing Charity contracted to deliver community-based early intervention and prevention services for children, young people, and families. Having recently doubled in size, we are at the forefront of delivering highly advanced integrated models of care across a range of emotional health and wellbeing support needs including lifestyle behaviours. Our contracts are commissioned through Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities. Compass’ current service footprint is the Midlands, Yorkshire, Northwest, Lincolnshire, Lancashire, and London. Through delivery, we bring national policy aims to life – drawing on our collective expertise and understanding of the interdependencies between health and wellbeing issues, and how to prevent or intervene earlier with greater impact. About You

You will be part of a values-driven and collaborative organisation, working with a team full of energy, with a passion for what they do, so it’s key that you’re enthusiastic, driven and keen to be part of a collaborative team. You will lead with a positive and supportive style and will have a track record in building effective relationships with key stakeholders. With demonstrable interpersonal and creative skills, you will be accountable for resourcing across Compass helping to deliver and shape our recruitment and retention strategy to become employer of choice in our sector. You will have a track record in recruiting to specialist roles in a challenging labour market ideally within the health and social care sector. You will also have proven ability in creating and running impactful and effective recruitment campaigns, optimising internal recruitment processes (including ATS knowledge), management of agency contracts, leading recruitment for new services and supporting talent retention and growth plans.
