As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- 5 years of experience working in general administration or executive assistant or secretary.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at executive levels with clear written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive, proprietary information
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Complete expense reports and handle travel budget.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
