Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for managing the Account Management Team and drive process improvements to improve the customer experience and improve business process efficiency from order to cash. The goal is to create a world-class customer experience. This is achieved by problem solving, process improvements and personal business knowledge and capability to drive results. The Customer Experience Manager will manage the work within the team, coach the team, and act as a role model in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate team and business processes and drive cross-functional problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to support the Customer experience.
  • Design, implement and sustain customer experience strategies to ensure the customer experience is engaging, efficient and effective.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and serve as a point of escalation for customer issues.
  • Manage the distribution of the work-load within their team to maximize efficiency in order to enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to establish plans and schedules that support and align with customer requirements.
  • Identify and implement roles and responsibilities for team members to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Monitor and measure team performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • 5 or more years of business experience covering project management, manufacturing, or customer facing role.
  • Ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably and communicate them in simple terms.
  • Hands-on experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Vontier Business Systems (VBS) preferred.
  • Ability to be a settling influence in a high-pressure situation.
  • Relates well to all levels of an organization, both internal and external
  • Ability to build cohesive cross-functional teams to work for a common goal

The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $140,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
