• Developed a novel mouse model that mimics all features of human SCA7, and it is now widely used as a precise genetic model to study SCA7 by our research group and collaborators

• Published two papers in leading scientific journals (Neuron and Human Molecular Genetics) that were selected as papers of the week by Alzheimer Research Forum
• Wrote a book chapter "Dominantly inherited spinocerebellar syndromes" in "In Neuromuscular Disorders of Infancy, Childhood, and Adolescence: A Clinician's Approach" -
