Publish articles or newsletter editions as your LinkedIn Page

As a super or content admin of a LinkedIn Page, you can write and publish an article as the Page or as yourself. The article can be published individually or as an edition of a newsletter.

To publish an article or newsletter edition as your Page:

  1. Go to your Page super or content admin view.

  2. Click Newsletters in the left menu.

  3. Click the Write article button at the bottom.

  4. Click your name in the upper-left corner and select the correct Page to write an individual article or newsletter to write an edition.

  5. Click the Upload from computer button to upload a cover image. We recommend uploading an image that’s 1920 x 1080 pixels.

    • Click the  Remove cover icon to delete the image.
  6. Optional: Once the image is uploaded, click the Add credit and caption field below the image and enter your text.

  7. Click Title and enter your article title.

  8. Click Write here at the end of the page and enter your article text and use the formatting toolbar at the top to adjust your text.

    • Click the  image icon to embed an image, video, slides, links, and snippet. You can also @mention another member or a LinkedIn page,  which links their profile or a Page in the article. The mentioned member or Page will be notified.
    • You can’t embed other LinkedIn articles for privacy reasons.
  9. Optional: Click the Manage button in the upper-right corner to use several drafting options for your article:

    • To create a copy of your draft, select Duplicate as draft
    • To share a preview of your article, select Preview. Click the Share draft button in the upper-right corner to generate a URL that you can share.
    • Select SEO settings to adjust the title and description of your article. 
  10. Click Next.

  11. Optional: To determine who can comment on your post, click your Page name in the upper-left corner and click Comment Control. The default setting is Anyone

  12. At the top of the preview, enter a description of the post.

    • Optional: Click the   Emoji icon under the image to add emojis to your description.   
  13. Optional: Click the  Clock icon to schedule publishing for a later date and time. You can also view other scheduled posts.

  14. Click the Publish button.

After you publish your newsletter, you can click the Share button to share the article or edition with your personal network, generate a shareable subscribe link URL, or generate a subscribe button to embed on a website.
