Giving a warm summer shout out to Isaac Simmons – our San Francisco based Senior Talent Partner. Joining Speak a little over a year ago, Isaac has been crucial in helping us hire top technical talent. “What drew me to Speak was the product itself,” Isaac shares. “With my background in machine learning and AI recruiting, and growing up with two immigrant parents, language learning has always been a big part of my life,” he said. “My father speaks six languages, and I learned Hebrew and Portuguese as a child. Combining my passion for languages with my experience in tech recruiting made joining Speak an easy choice.” Isaac appreciates the team's openness to new ideas and the strong culture across offices. “If there’s a gap, all you need to do is raise your hand, propose a solution, and you’ll get the green light to run with it,” he said. “There aren’t many hoops to jump through, which makes it easy to have an impact!
