Last week, TriHealth's 800+ leaders and physician leaders were off-site participating in our 29th Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center! Our leadership team came together to share leadership principles and practices, and to develop the necessary skills to build a more reliable organization through common purpose, clear expectations, personal growth and a culture of accountability… all as part of our work to achieve breakthrough performance in FY25 and beyond!
