Nothing makes our day more than hearing from happy clients. One such example is the City of Columbus, Ohio, which ParkMobile partnered with in 2019 to modernize on-street parking. Since then, our app has serviced 20,000 parking spaces and over one million app users. Following Columbus' award of the US Department of Transportation’s Smart City Challenge in 2016, the city used the grant to update local mobility and transportation. This initially introduced ParkMobile to the city and resulted in a well-received transition to mobile parking payments. Now, mobile payments make up 88% of parking transactions in Columbus.
