Please welcome some of Nakupuna's newest employees: pack llamas! These llamas will be assisting with fire mitigation efforts along Roaring Creek in Colorado, part of our Cameron Peaks Fire Mitigation project. The path to the project site is steep and difficult to navigate for vehicles, but these amazing animals can manage it, "no probllama." Soon, these llamas will be helping us haul equipment and supplies to our worksites, where technicians will be building and installing complex log structures to repair damage along the creek. Great job to the team, and "good lluck"!

Nakupuna Foundation summer interns Jaq Cambra-Cho and Kylie Hosea presented on their internship experience with Nakupuna Companies at the Pacific Intelligence Innovation Initiative Intern Showcase at the Entrepreneur’s Sandbox.   Jaq is a rising Junior at Wellesley College majoring in Economics. She interned with Nakupuna’s Finance & Accounting department. Kylie is a rising Senior at Menlo College majoring in Business Analytics & Marketing. She interned with the Nakupuna NES Labs.

That's game! Our Arlington office's annual Ping Pong Pizza Party and Food Drive raised over 1,300lbs of food, which we delivered to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC). This is an awesome annual event that attracts the top table tennis stars from across Nakupuna to compete and raise donations for AFAC.   Congratulations to Zach DeLellis, our Ping Pong Champion, and Dustin Harrell, our runner-up for the second year in a row (you'll get 'em next year, Dustin!). Thanks to everyone who showed up to play, watch, and donate to this very worthy cause!

Our Denver office team had a great time last night watching the Colorado Rockies at Coor's Field! What better way to kick off summer than by enjoying a little outside-the-office downtime at the ballkpark? Thanks to everyone who made it out!
