This summer, LS&Co. CEO Michelle Gass caught up with teams around the globe to experience how the Levi's® brand is coming to life internationally. See what she had to say below. ⬇️
In June and July, I had the distinct pleasure of visiting our teams in Bangkok, Paris, and Berlin. It’s always great to experience how the Levi’s brand is resonating across geographies, and I came away even more impressed by how our teams are constantly adapting their approaches to meet the needs of the local market, going above and beyond to take care of our fans. Our company has been around for more than 170 years, but we’re still just scratching the surface in many international markets. There’s so much more room to expand, and these teams are leading the way! A special thank you to our regional leaders – Lucia Marcuzzo in Europe and Nuholt Huisamen in East Asia Pacific – and to the store managers at CentralwOrld in Bangkok, Khun Nuch and Shun Toon; at our new Paris store on the Champs Elysees, Toufik and Jonathan; and at our Kurfürstendamm and Berlin Mitte stores in Berlin, Jenna and Olaf. It's so inspiring to see how you and your teams are bringing the Levi’s experience to life for our fans in our stores every day. It was also incredible to see the new Haus of Strauss in Paris, a place that will, like our other Haus locations in Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, and Mexico City, help us build key relationships with musicians, designers, artists, celebrities and cultural influencers — helping keep Levi’s at the center of culture around the world. I came away from these trips energized, optimistic, and excited about the tremendous growth opportunities in our international markets and what’s ahead for us as a company. We’re just getting started!
