In partnership with its longtime owners, we're working to transform Quartier FÜRstenried West in Munich with an eye toward modern amenities, digitalization, placemaking and sustainability. Despite adding around 650 units, when renovations are completed we expect the project will consume ~35% less energy than it does today. This will be achieved through improvements like underfloor heating, upgraded district pump systems, new insulation composed of advanced materials and tenant electricity models with on-site production.
