In this week's Friday Learning Lab, Simon King and Alastair Rodd explore why teacher collaboration is often sidelined in international development and make recommendations for how to increase collaboration.

Honduran women face some of the highest domestic violence rates in the Western Hemisphere. Faith leaders are working to change the narratives around gender-based violence and help victims access various resources. Supported by CARI Honduras, the USAID - Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) has trained these leaders to combat gender-based violence in their communities. "When I became aware of [gender-based violence] in other instances, I would say, 'Let's see what we can do, let's pray.' But today, I got involved. Today I said, 'No. We're going to take care of that girl. We're going to help her,'" says Pastor Arnold Linares. USAID #Honduras
