PVH’s North America chapter of the Disability Inclusion Alliance Business Resource Group recently hosted longtime partner Runway of Dreams Foundation (RODF) for a special panel discussion that provided powerful insights on how associates can make a difference beyond their engagement with Disability Pride Month. RODF founder Mindy Scheier facilitated the conversation with four disability advocates who invited participants to learn about and consider solutions across retail that offer increased accessibility, expand adaptive fashion and elevate voices of the differently-abled community.
