Bee Calm! ·      Empathize – See the situation from other’s point-of-view and do your best to show that you understand their perspectives. ·      Follow-up – Keep the lines of communication open and discuss if the agreed upon solutions are working. If not, discuss how to pivot and make the necessary adjustments.

Look at your interests, strengths, values, and skills.  Determine what your passions are and how they align to your new desired career. There are many free great tools to help you navigate this process. 2.   Research New Careers: Gather information about potential new career fields. Look into job descriptions, required qualifications, salary ranges, and growth opportunities. 3.   Identify Transferable Skills: Determine which skills from your current career are transferable to your new desired field. Highlight these skills in your resume and during interviews to show how your experience is relevant to the new role. 4.   Gain Relevant Experience: If possible, start gaining experience before making a full transition.
