Gingham Nation is gearing up for Pelotonia! 🚲 💚 This weekend hundreds of Bath & Body Works associates will take to the roads with one goal in mind – to end cancer. Our inspiring associates have spent the summer supporting the cause by organizing pep rallies, a silent auction, and even a special block party featuring our very own Billie the Duck! Bath & Body Works matches associate fundraising, covers ride registration fees and provides bikes to associates who want to join the ride but don’t have one of their own. Founded in 2008, Pelotonia has raised $283 million for innovative, groundbreaking research and Bath & Body Works was there every step of the way. We’re their largest funding partner and have raised more than $46 million over the last 16 years. It’s part of our long-standing culture to give back and make a positive difference in the lives of their associates, customers and in the communities where they work and live. We were excited to partner with the City of Columbus on their Summer Youth Manufacturing Camp! Our team recently hosted a group of middle school aged students for a special tour of our Beauty Park manufacturing campus in New Albany, Ohio. Founded by Senator Sherrod Brown in partnership with My Brother’s Keeper, the camp was created to teach kids about careers in manufacturing through hands-on activities and direct interactions with local business owners. We were proud to connect students with our fantastic vendor partners at Beauty Park campus where we create many of the products found on store shelves, just a few miles away from Bath & Body Works headquarters. #GinghamPride #GinghamNation

As we continue our path to accelerated growth, we’re excited to share that Luke Long has joined Bath & Body Works as the new Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Development. Luke will lead the brand’s investor relations strategy which includes engagement with shareholders, investors and the analyst community. He will also work closely with senior management on business strategy. Luke has a strong and diverse background in finance and strategy with experience from PRIMECAP Management, Lee Equity Partners, the Carlyle Group, the Blackstone Group and others. He joins Bath & Body Works from GIC where he served as a portfolio manager investing in consumer, retail and e-commerce sectors. Welcome to #GinghamNation, Luke Long!
