Meet Andrew, our Lead Technician and the second of the three Madden brothers at AV Planners! Andrew has always had a passion for technology. He took several technology courses in high school and gained experience by working with the sound team at his church. After graduating, Andrew decided to pursue a career as an AV technician, following in his brother's footsteps. He started at MediaCentric with minimal experience, mainly gained from his hobbies. From day one, Andrew has been dedicated to becoming the best installer he can be. He began as an apprentice and quickly moved up the ranks, eventually leading projects within three years. Andrew is now working as Lead Installer at AV Planners and continues to take on new challenges while improving his commissioning and design skills. Meet Aaron Madden, Project Manager, and one of three Maddens who work for AV Planners! Here's a bit about Aaron in his own words: "I started in the AV industry when I turned 19. I worked for MediaCentric, an AV subcontractor, for seven years before getting hired at AV Planners.  Fun fact: I'm highly involved in my church, I'm usually there 3-4 times a week.
