Atomic Black behind the bar at Committee in Boston! This drink is called the Donk(elote), which is described as "an inventive take on a dessert cocktail that's nutty, chocolatey, fresh espresso, with a touch of citrus." Knowing how incredible their cocktail program is, it feels pretty special having Atomic Black featured in a signature drink at Committee. This is the first, but I'm looking forward to sharing many more partnerships, stories, and recipes about our coffee liqueur being used at restaurants in Boston and beyond!
