As Solomon Githu demonstrates, not all problems require expensive and high-performance computers to be solved. In many cases, a small, low-cost, and low-power device like the Nano 33 BLE Sense can also get the job done! Githu details how he developed an ML-powered fire detection system around the Arduino TinyML Kit using multi-input sensor fusion, by combining image and temperature data to gain a better understanding of an environment.

If you are anywhere near West Michigan, stop in to see us at the Advanced Manufacturing Expo in Grand Rapids this week, booth 702 with Arduino and CESMII. Learn about all the ways that you can easily get started without needing a huge investment in time for waiting or next year’s budget cycle. For extra incentive, we are even having a little raffle each day for some fun! Jacob Sanchez will be helping select the winners… I was hoping his igus GmbH robot might pull him out of a dunk tank, but I guess we’ll have to wait for next year!
