We conducted four playtest sessions throughout Q3 and Q4 2023, engaging directly with teenagers and mobile gamers—our core audience. Emotions were observed, behavioral data collected and analyzed, surveys administered, and video calls held. The result? Two core features, once deemed indispensable, took their exit.
