First, to improve teamwork in general, needs to have common goals. It can be personal goals, but common goals a must. For example personal goals also can be related to supporting and teaching other team members etc. Second, very important to have efficient motivation system depends on personal and common team results. The manager and team members must understand, that "the team's running speed depends on the last member of the team". The more evenly matched the team members are, the more efficient the team will be.

1) First of all, lead from the front! Be an example yourself. 2) Encourage ideas and also innovation, collapsing all levels. 3) Foster “learning thru experience.” Allow the team to make mistakes and help them pull off these issues with real solutions. 4) In front of customers, empower the team to decide and make them ‘FEEL LIKE A CEO!’ One day they will be ready to become one… Create your own redundancy. Only the best dare to do this for his or her team! Finally, you are only as good as your core team… Build the TEAM, who in turn shall build the product, project and finally they procreate a structured organisation. 🙏🏻

J'encourage la communication ouverte, offre la formation nécessaire, favorise la collaboration, récompense les contributions et sollicite régulièrement les retours pour une amélioration continue. La comunicación clara estableciendo metas especificas es fundamental, pero incentivar y fomentar la participación en un ambiente colaborativo donde se valore y se reconozca el aporte de cada miembro del equipo, y donde se aliente la colaboración a través del reconocimiento y recompensa del esfuerzo ya sea mediante incentivos monetarios, reconocimientos públicos o desarrollo profesional es clave!

I set clear goals for my team and encourage open communication. We have regular meetings to discuss how we're doing and celebrate when we do well. I organize team activities and training to help us work better together. When someone does a great job, I make sure to recognize and reward their efforts. This helps us build a supportive team that collaborates effectively.

To keep the momentum going it is essential that Team is encouraged with every small win and give genuine feedback and support as and when needed. There are many tools which can be used for appreciation, Feedback. Training is one such activity which is continuous in nature and needs participation from all team members.

Ensuring healthy communication and thereby some healthy conflict is the only way to get better as a team or as individuals. This is hard, you must be engaged as a leader. Going beyond encouragement, take the approach “there are no bad ideas”, just ones that need more tweaking. Take this and treat every member of your team like they have something to add. The second you tell someone “that’ll never work” or “we aren’t doing that” then you have just told them be quiet and do the job you hired them to do. Nothing more. In my Experience using technology and tools helped me to follow up on all my shipments on daily basis and prioritize my follow up on my files. same as communication platforms between team makes it easier and faster.

Un equipo debe estar muy bien comunicado. A mí me ha resultado muy útil el WhatsApp en la comunicación interna. Es una comunicación menos burocrática que el email.
